Dan went into surgery at 12:20 Chicago time and ended 5 hours later with a good report from the doctor.By 8:30pm we went in to see him for just a short time before we left him in good hands with his nurse.This surgery there was no need for additional blood like last time.He dealt with a bit of an upset tummy after surgery for awhile and a very dry mouth due to annethesia and the morphine meds he was given for the pain.The next day he had his appetite back big time and sprang back into the land of the recovering.His blood sugar skyrocked thursday evening and friday to the number of 350 but seemed to be back down to a level they felt he could come home on.They did more with bone on his one eye brow,raised both eye lids up to more a normal position and removed more tumor on both sides of his forhead.Once again he is home dealing with recovery.Keep him in your prayers for us if you will.As time moves along and his healing becomes more for him I will place a fresh picture as an update.Thank-you for all the prayers that have gone up for him at this time and the time before.Love ya all.

I am very glad to hear you are back and things went well. We will be praying for Dan's recovery, and looking forward to a picture of Dan's new and improved look, on a picture. That is when the healing process has been able to take place and Dan feels good about it being shown on picture here. Love you all. Glad to see you back in here Dianne. It's been "lonley". Not too much been happening. I think everyone has gone to the beach in Hawaii!
